By purchasing any product, service, or training from Ooh Nice Nails LLC, you agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and reserved training time:

All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable

This includes:

Downloadable classes

1:1 education sessions

Mentorship programs

Salon team trainings (retainers + balances)

Please ensure you are fully committed before purchasing.

2. Digital Products (Downloadable Classes)

Upon purchase, you are granted individual, non-transferable access to the content.

You agree:

Not to share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials

Not to upload content to shared platforms, group chats, or training libraries

That access is for your use only

Violation of this will result in revoked access with no refund and potential legal action.

3. 1:1 Education & Training Sessions

Your purchase reserves dedicated time.

Full payment is required to secure your session

Reschedules must be requested at least 48 hours in advance

Missed sessions or late cancellations will be forfeited without refund

If you are late, your session will still end at the scheduled time.

4. Mentorship Programs

Mentorship is a collaborative, results-driven experience, not a guaranteed outcome.

By enrolling, you agree:

To show up prepared and engaged

To implement strategies discussed

That results depend on your effort, consistency, and execution

Payment Terms

Payment plans must be completed in full

Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to:

Calls

Messaging support

Program materials

Access & Communication

Messaging support is available during stated business hours

Boundaries are respected to maintain quality support for all clients

5. Salon Team Trainings

Retainers are non-refundable and required to secure your date

Remaining balances are due prior to the training date (as outlined in your agreement)

Final student count must be confirmed in advance

Additional attendees beyond agreed capacity may result in added fees

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

Training materials

Class structures

Demonstrations

Workbooks

Business strategies

…are the intellectual property of Ooh Nice Nails LLC.

You may:

Share your experience

Post content from your training

You may NOT:

Record full trainings

Teach, replicate, or redistribute material as your own

Use content to train your own team or staff without permission

7. Recording & Content Use

Light recording and social media sharing is allowed and encouraged

Recording full lessons, step-by-step instruction, or proprietary teaching is not permitted

8. Results Disclaimer

No guarantees are made regarding:

Income increases

Client growth

Business success

All education is provided for informational purposes, and results vary based on individual effort and circumstances.

9. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing your purchase, you agree:

Not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes

To contact Ooh Nice Nails LLC directly to resolve any concerns

Unauthorized disputes will be considered a violation of this agreement and may result in collections or legal action.

10. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that:

You have read and agreed to these terms

You understand the nature of the services/products provided

You are entering into a binding agreement
